This Bronze Relief Portrait was erected in February, 1915 by the Federal Government. The sculptor was George E. Ganiere of Chicago, IL. The portrait is located on South Confederate Avenue in Vicksburg, 200 yards south of All Saints School. It reads:

Arthur E. Reynolds
Col. 26th Miss Inf.
Commanding Brigade
Loring's Division
May 16-June-1863
